Before You Book: What to Know
Thank you for choosing The Palms Hair Studio! To make sure your appointment goes smoothly, here are some important things to know before booking with me:
Prior to reaching out, ensure my schedule will work with yours. These are my current hours: Mon 10–4, Tue 9–5, Thu 10–4, Fri 9–3.
Review my policies here, which I have established over the past ten years while working in the hair industry. Thank you for understanding and respecting the way I manage my business.

NEW GUESTS
JUST A CUT OR BLOWDRY
A one-time, non-refundable deposit of $25 is required for new clients to schedule a blow-dry or haircut appointment. This deposit must be paid before the appointment is booked, and the remaining balance will be due at the time of service.
COLOR OR HIGHLIGHTING SERVICES
Currently Booking Color Appointments About 4 Weeks Out
Before booking, there are specific one-time requirements that must be fulfilled to ensure that your commitment to the appointment matches mine.
Step 1: Consultation
30-minute in-person consultation
$25 non-refundable fee
Can be rescheduled once with 48 hours’ notice
Extra time can be booked if needed (additional fee applies)
Step 2: Booking Your Color Appointment
If the consultation allows us to move forward with a color appointment, a $100 deposit is required to secure your booking
This deposit goes toward your service
Non-refundable, but transferable once with 48 hours’ notice
No-shows will not be rebooked
Step 3: The Appointment
The deposit is applied
Remaining balance is paid at the time of service
Running my chair solo means replies may take a bit longer, but you can expect a response within a week. Thanks for your patience.
